1. Tangier: The Japanese Furukawa to conquer Africa: "After assembling cars for Renault or Peugeot, here are now leading industries that choose Morocco. Furukawa, the Japanese fibre optic giant, has just inaugurated its Tangier plant, in the presence of the Minister of Industry, Moulay Hafid Elalamy. Objective: the conquest of the African continent."


2. Rabat hosts this Friday the third edition of the Parliamentary Forum: "The third edition of the Morocco-France Parliamentary Forum will take place in Rabat on Friday and Saturday. In addition to the Presidents of the two Chambers of the Moroccan Parliament, Habib El Malki and Hakim Benchamach, this meeting will be attended by François de Rugy, President of the National Assembly, and Gérard Larcher, President of the Senate. Among the themes to be discussed: "Policy and Stability", "Migration and Mobility", "Economic Cooperation" and "What Cooperation for Sustainable Development in Africa?". 3. Google will bet 550 million dollars in JD.com: "The American Google intends to invest 550 million dollars in the Chinese JD.com, specialized in e-commerce, reports Reuters. This investment is part of the US giant's expansion strategy into high-growth Asian markets. According to the details of this operation, Google will receive 27.1 million ordinary shares JD.com Class A as part of a reserved capital increase, which will give the Californian group a stake of just under 1% in JD.com, says Reuters who quotes a spokesman for the Chinese group."


4. Wizz Air will launch 2 new routes to Marrakech: "Good news for globe-trotters. A direct air link between Marrakech and Warsaw, provided by the low cost airline Wizz Air, will be launched next October, said the Moroccan National Office of Tourism (ONMT) and Wizz Air in a joint statement Tuesday, June 19. Starting in October, two new airlines will connect Marrakech to Warsaw in Poland and Vilnius in Lithuania, "with two weekly flights to the first destination (Wednesdays and Sundays) and two other flights to the second destination (Mondays and Fridays)," the statement said."


5. Huawei unveils a solution for businesses: "Huawei unveiled a new solution for businesses. Called eLTE Discrete Spectrum Aggregation, the solution is based on the 4.5G and focused on the 5G. "This solution provides energy companies with a ubiquitous energy Internet that delivers all services, thanks to fast wireless access, low latency, greater connectivity, and lower energy consumption," explains the Chinese operator."
